Provider Information

Including oncology massage in your patient's plan of care can be helpful for a variety of reasons. As a complementary therapy, massage can help reduce the side effects of treatments, provide time to restore body systems, and provide patients with a sense of participation in their treatments. Frequent massage may reacquaint them with what is good about their body; perhaps empowering them to stay the course of their treatments.
